We are Brett & Brittany and we want to welcome you to the Sweetheart City of Loveland, Colorado! We own three amazing properties… Lil’ Blue, Big Green, and Lil’ Love Shack! Lil’ Blue was our first-ever home, Big Green was our second, and Lil’ Love Shack is the house next door to Lil’ Blue.

We work as full-time real estate brokers, but with our heart for real estate investing and the hospitality industry, we wanted to try our hands at short and mid-term vacation rentals. We hope you enjoy your stay at these homes as you are staying in a part of our history and our hearts.
